Soul Journey – What is Soul?
Parts 1 & 2: Two Six Week Courses held on Sunday evenings 6.00pm – 8.30pm
These Courses will help you understand the nature and purpose of your own soul. You will be supported as you forge a conscious relationship with your soul giving you an ever-deepening awareness of the presence of your soul and an ability to listen to your soul voice. This will nurture in you compassion, intuitive guidance, loving-wisdom, humour and a sense of connectivity. You will gain a deeper meaning and understanding of your life becoming stronger, more secure, more resilient, more hopeful and with more courage to manage the challenges of living your life.
Course Overview – Part 1
This six-week course will dive into ancient esoteric spiritual teachings described as the ‘Golden Thread’ to help us explore what makes sense to each of us about the nature, qualities, journey and purpose of our soul. These teachings illustrate ideas of the origin of souls and the processes of soul incarnation that create an ongoing embodiment into our physical bodies with the impact on our psyches and bodies, especially our nervous systems. We will also explore the purpose of re-incarnation and the support available to us from soul groups.
Each session will include practical meditative, visualisation and reflective exercises guiding you into stillness and silence where your soul can more easily reveal its presence and you can more easily sense its energetic vibration. This will support you in gaining an understanding of how better to guide yourself into an ever-deepening communication and relationship with your soul.
As you practice and feel a deeper connection this will nurture in you an expanding sense of compassion, wisdom, love, awareness, connectivity, humour and a loving curiosity. You will gradually gain a deeper meaning and understanding of your life becoming stronger, more secure, more resilient and more hopeful. You will acquire spiritual courage that will help you through the challenges of personal and spiritual development that we all face.
Journaling, writing prompts, a buddy support and ‘homework’ will facilitate learning and practical experience on this course. Handouts will accompany each session and there will be a course folder and access to online meditations. The course will be held in the dedicated sacred space and loving embrace of the Studio.
Participants are invited to commit to attending all of the six week sessions.

Testimonials
“I was in a really dark place, no motivation, anger, sadness, attachment to my previous earlier life when my health was better. I’m now out of the heaviness and I’ve found my soul again. I take each day as it comes and have become more accepting and calmer in my whole self. Thank you; I’m now a happier person and see the sunlight again.” K B
“A deep re-awakening of my progress on my own spiritual path. It’s been immensely challenging at times but I feel this love has opened my mind through prompting thought, enabling me to explore this in a supportive group and with excellent guidance and resources.” V H
“I am more deeply connected to my soul; I now have a compassionate ‘view’ across the years of my life and I feel detached from the drama. I am more in touch with my feminine self and value her so much more deeply.” C S
